How long has your Newcastle construction company been in the building and construction business?
G & C Building was incorporated in 1994 being 25 years serving the Hunter with all facets of building.
Prior to this Guy was employed as a foreman for several major construction companies. Our experience and longevity in the industry is your guarantee of quality.
Can I get a free quote and what do I need to provide?
We offer free quotes to our prospective clients who have plans and the more information and detail you have the more accurate the quote we can provide.
Do I need to have plans or can you do that for me too?
If you already have plans we can provide an accurate quote. If you do not have plans, depending on the complexity of the project, we can provide an estimation subject to receiving plans. Depending on your needs and budget we have several architects and draftsman that we work closely whose services we can recommend.
Every project is different and has different challenges. There is no benefit to us in delaying or dragging out your project. Our aim is to complete your works efficiently, effectively and with a minimum disruption to your lifestyle.
We will work with you to achieve your desired outcome! Some changes can be straightforward, others require amended plans and approvals. Either way, we can deal with this and will ensure that changes are cost effective, appropriately documented and approved before proceeding.
Almost all building work must be completed by a licenced tradesman however we can tailor our contracts to suit your budget and discuss you undertaking works not requiring a licence.
